Stereotypes can often be aggressive, but it looks almost like a criminal offense that does not gorge on the preparation of a panoramic fish on the occasion of Pohela Boishkh. Dush Mach

Material: Katla Mach or Rohu Fish – 8 pieces, boiled milk – 500 ml, cashew nuts – 50 grams, onion – 4, ginger paste – 1tsp, garlic paste – 2tsps, green chilli paste – 1tsp, whole green chili – 2 to 3, choriner – 1/4 Bunch, whole gryn cardam – 1, full greene cardum – 1, full green cards. Cinnamon stick – 1 inch, Bengali Garam Masala Powder – 1TSP, Sugar – 1TBSP, Salt Two Taste – 1TSP, Mustard Oil – 5TBSPS, Ghee – 1TBSP

Method: Apply about 1/teaspoon of salt in fish pieces and let them sit for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook 2 onions and mix them in a smooth paste; Finely dice the remaining onion. Soak cashew nuts in a thick paste for about 10 minutes before grinding. After this, take a fat-bottom pan and heat the mustard oil until it changes the color. Fry the onion in it until they become crisp and brown. Keep the fried onion aside and fry the salty fish in the same oil. Once out the fried fish pieces and add ghee to the remaining oil. Now in Goose Leaf, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Dried Red Chili and Cinnamon Stick-they have to be threw well around to add fragrance and taste to a mixture of ghee-oil. Once aromatic, add ginger paste and garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is killed. After this, heat the boiled milk for one or two minutes before adding carefully to this ghee-oil spice mixture. Allow the weather and all materials come together with salt and sugar. Once the curry starts thick, add fried fish pieces and cook on low flame for the next 5 to 7 minutes. Drop the green chili down in the middle and use it as a garnish with fried onions. It is best with plain and warm bang rice, although it is a large addition to collapse for other rice preparation such as Basanti Pulao.
