On a historic day of space tourism, pop icon Katy PerryAlong with five other women, Blue Origin had an thrilling experience as part of the NS -31 mission. He opened his names in history by becoming the first all-female crew in more than 60 years to venture into space. Apart from Perry, the six-member group included Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ fiancé Lauren Sanchez, CBS anchor Gayle King, former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Boway, scientist-cum-activist Amanda Guayen and filmmaker Carian Flin.

It was the 11th Human Spaceflight by Blur Origin, which flew from West Texas at around 8:30 pm on Monday, 14 April and traveled to the side of the space. Women experienced “weightlessness” for 10 mins safely before returning to Earth in a sub-orbital flight.

The rocket, a fully automated new shaped capsules, reached an altitude of more than 100 kilometers, crossing the Karman line. This allegedly traveled at a speed of more than three times at the speed of sound.

“I am always interested in stars. We are all made of stardust,” Perry claimed before the take-off that she learned more about astrophysics and went to prepare herself for the mission through Karl Sagan’s works.

“You are brave, you are bold … there is no limit. Being a mother, just makes you level with that kind of power,” said the 40-year-old singer, known for lyrics like firework and ET, for cosmic-theem songs. He also brought his four -year -old daughter, Daisy, as a tribute to a Daisy in space, who saw his mother climbing her face with a bright smile in the sky.

Parry said on landing on the surface of the Earth, “This experience is in another place after being a mother. So it was difficult for me to go because it is my love, and I have to surrender and believe that the universe is going to take care of me and protect me and my family and daughter too,”.

Blue Origin has considered the mission an important milestone for women in space exploration. Since the human spaceflight came into existence, just one and all women flights have started on the infinite journey in 64 years. The mission took place in 1963 with the Soviet Cosmonote Valentina Tereskova, with a single.
