Good morning and happy Monday! My big challenge lately has been sleep…or rather, lack of sleep. Going back to some of my basics has helped a bit: magnesium cool tea at night and keep my phone outside the bedroom. But I wake up (and stay awake) between 2-5 am every day. Tired is an understatement!!
