Chief Minister Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena on Sunday nominated Rajya Sabha member Milind Deora against former CM Uddhav Thackeray’s son and Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate Aditya Thackeray from Mumbai’s Worli in the upcoming assembly elections.
Mr Deora, a former Congress leader and Union minister of state, joined the Army ahead of the Lok Sabha elections this year and was later elected to the Rajya Sabha.
