Deaf, mute Dalit girl raped, private parts burnt with cigarette

In Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, an 11-year-old deaf and mute Dalit girl was found unconscious with severe injuries, including cigarette burns and bite marks, after being raped. Police have arrested a suspect from the same village and initiated interrogation.
