Chaat vendor killed for asking goon to pay for chaat in UP’s Thakurganj

In Lucknow’s Thakurganj, a chaat vendor, Rajesh Gautam, was fatally shot by a local goon, Rakesh alias Kalia, for demanding payment for chaat. Kalia, arrested near Ghaila Bridge, confessed to the crime. Police recovered the murder weapon. The accused has a criminal history and was planning to surrender.
