1. Pressure from Nitish Kumar: Rs 58,900 crore launched for Bihar

BJP got 240 seats in the election. Whereas TDP has won 16 seats and JDU has won 12 seats. 272 seats are required for majority. If we distribute the power of these universals on this basis, then BJP has 89% power and JDU and TDP have 5.5-5.5%.
It is also important to maintain the support of both the supporting organizations to maintain the government. This is the reason why Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar pressurized the central government to give a contribution of Rs 58,900 crore to Bihar.
2. Chandrababu Naidu’s pressure: Rs 15,000 crore concession to Andhra Pradesh
- Andhra Pradesh will get Rs 15,000 crore for help.
- Under the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, the number of patients will increase rapidly. Under this, funds will be released for important infrastructure like water, electricity, railways, roads.
- Financial assistance will be given to complete the Polavaram Sea Channel Project of Andhra Pradesh. Notes will also be taxed under an Act for the backward region of Andhra Pradesh.
- The ordinary shareholders mentioned Andhra Pradesh 5 times in their budget.
3. Glimpse of Congress Manifesto: Internship for 20 lakh youth every year, will take 5 thousand months
- The Finance Minister announced that the government will provide internships to 1 crore children in the top 500 companies in the next 5 years. During this time, they got a stipend of 5 thousand rupees every month. 1 thousand industrial training institutes will be opened. Every year 25 thousand students are given the benefit of plotting loan. Apart from this, under Sky A, the government has given Rs 15 thousand in three installments to the youth who get employment for the first time in all formal sectors. This will benefit 2.1 crore youth.
- Under Scheme B, first time job seekers will get employee linked incentives through EPFO (Employee Provident Fund) for 4 years. This will encourage both the youth getting jobs and the companies. Till now, government companies are being given incentives to increase production in the manufacturing sector under Product-Linked Sky. It is estimated that 30 lakh youth will benefit from this.
- Children who get new jobs under Scotch C will get Rs 3000 per month for 2 years through the government EPFO (Employee Provident Fund). The government says that this will create 50 lakh new unemployment.
Before the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress had talked about the Apprenticeship Rights Act in its manifesto. ‘Got my first job’ Under the heading, it was stated, ‘Congress shall amend the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and other Apprenticeship Rights Acts.’ This law provides one year apprenticeship in private and government institutions to every sportsperson or college graduate below the age of 25 years.
Under this law, every company was promised a share of Rs 1 lakh, which will be shared equally by the job providing company and the government. This will provide employment potential to the youth and will provide job opportunities to lakhs of youth.
